Cancelation Policy

By booking our services, you embrace a commitment to a private and controlled environment that fosters exceptional results. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling, as this allows us to honor our shared dedication to professionalism. Cancellations made within that timeframe will incur a 50% service charge, while same-day cancellations will be considered no-shows, resulting in a 100% charge. This policy is designed to maintain our high standards and ensure that every appointment is impactful. 

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. 

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service and secure your appointment time exclusively for you. 

Appointments are not confimed until the required deposit has been recieved

 If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred on time when at least 24 hours notice is provided

 cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice , same day cancellations, or no show appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit

 This service is not a replacement for childcare. Due to: Hot tools (burn risk) Chemicals (exposure hazard) Sharp tools (injury risk) Children must not interfere with the service. If at any point: You need to tend to children,  Your service Maybe canceled immediately at my discretion.

If the work enviornment is deemed unsafe , unsanitary, disruptive, or unsuitable for service, the appointment may be cancelled and all deposits and travel fees will be forfeited.

Travel Fee Schedule

Travel services are available within a 100-mile service area.

Travel fees are assessed based on the distance from the service location to the appointment destination and are separate from the cost of services.

0-20 Miles: $50

21-40 Miles: $75

41-60 Miles: $100

61-80 Miles: $150

81-100 Miles: $200

Travel fees are quoted at the time of booking and are non-refundable once an appointment has been confirmed.

Additional parking fees, valet fees, and venue access charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client.

 Client must provide: A clean, private, well-lit workspace Access to electrical outlets A distraction-free environment If the environment does not meet these standards, the service will be terminated immediately and charged accordingly.

EXTENDED HOURS FEE

Appointments requested outside of standard business hours are available by request only and are subject to an Extended Hours Fee in addition to the service price and applicable travel fee.

Extended Hours appointments are intended for qualifying services such as luxury extension installations, event styling, bridal services, executive schedules, travel appointments, emergency requests, and multi-service appointments. Availability is limited and not all services qualify.
